CLKLL LTD — Milestone, Refund & Liability Policies

1. Terms of Service & Milestone Payments
CLKLL LTD operates as a bespoke home renovation contractor and installation coordinator. Our primary structural and renovation contracts operate on a strict milestone payment schedule. Once an on-site project phase is completed, inspected, and signed off by the client, the milestone payment associated with that phase is deemed final, non-refundable, and non-disputable.

2. Custom Materials & Cancellation Policy
Initial deposits used to secure project dates and order bespoke kitchen components, custom countertops, or specialized flooring orders are completely non-refundable once materials are committed to manufacture or ordered from our trade suppliers. Clients may cancel a project layout at any time, but will remain liable for any labor completed up to the date of cancellation and the full cost of non-returnable materials.

3. Third-Party EV Installation Disclaimer
CLKLL LTD acts strictly as an administrative booking coordinator for residential Electric Vehicle (EV) smart-charger installations. All physical electrical work, on-site circuit testing, wiring, and structural certifications are fully outsourced to, and performed by, independent, licensed, and certified sub-contracted electricians.

CLKLL LTD assumes no direct liability for any property damage, electrical faults, or regulatory non-compliance arising from the on-site actions of the assigned independent electrical contractor. Any warranties regarding installation workmanship are held directly between the client and the certified electrical contractor responsible for the work. All works strictly adhere to UK IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671), and Electrical Installation Certificates (EIC) will be provided directly by the attending installer upon completion.
